At Wild Palette Studios, our Private Paint Parties are the perfect way to celebrate any occasion! Whether it’s a birthday, team-building event, or just a fun get-together, we provide everything you need for a memorable and creative experience.

Let’s get painting! Booking your own private paint party is easy! Read through the information below, fill out the form to check if your desired date is available, and if it is, we’ll send you a link to pay your deposit!

Private/Semi-Private Paint Party Terms and Conditions:

By placing a deposit to reserve a date in our studio, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Regardless of the party date or whether it’s a private or semi-private event, the cost is $35 per person. You’re welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to set up. Feel free to bring in food and drinks for your party!

  • Private Parties (Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays):
    A $150 deposit is required, with a minimum of 14 paying painters.

    • If you have 15 or more paying painters, the hostess paints for free.

    • If you have at least 20 guests, the hostess paints for free, will receive a $10 gift certificate, and each guest will get a $5 gift certificate toward any future service at the studio. (Note: Only one gift certificate can be used per person, per visit.)

  • Private Parties (Mondays – Thursdays):
    A $100 deposit is required, with a minimum of 10 paying painters.

    • If you have 15 or more paying painters, the hostess paints for free.

    • If you have at least 20 guests, the hostess paints for free, will receive a $10 gift certificate, and each guest will get a $5 gift certificate toward any future service at the studio. (Note: Only one gift certificate can be used per person, per visit.)

  • Semi-Private Parties:
    A $75 deposit is required, with a minimum of 6 paying painters.

    • Once you select your project and confirm your time, we will reserve a VIP table and the number of seats you specify. The party will be advertised to the public and other guests may join your event.

Deposits will be used to reserve and hold the studio time for you. If there are unsold seats below the minimums specified, payment for those will be deducted from the deposit. If you cancel a private or semi-private party at least 3 weeks prior to the party date, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel less than 3 weeks prior to the party date your deposit will be forfeited*.

*No cash refunds will be given for private parties canceled with less than 3 weeks’ notice; however, exceptions for things like inclement weather or family emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis for future studio credit to reschedule the event.
